CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. cranberry relish, partially thawed

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Combine milk, butter and egg. Add to flour mixture. Beat just until moistened. Fold in nuts and relish. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from pan to rack immediately. Makes 1 loaf.
