| BROCCOLI CHEESE - RICE CASSEROLE | |

1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® raw rice 1 bag frozen broccoli 2 1/2 c. water 1 sm. chopped onion 4 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. jar Cheeze Whiz Prepare rice in water. Saute onion in butter. Steam frozen broccoli until it starts coming apart. Mix these together, add remaining ingredients. Microwave until hot and bubbly. | |
