BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 bag tater tots
12 oz. shredded cheese
Broccoli
Cauliflower

Brown 1 pound ground beef and drain. Layer bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with tater tots. Place ground beef on top. In saucepan, stir in cream of mushroom soup with milk and shredded cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Wash and cut up broccoli and cauliflower. Cook in water until tender. Drain and add to soup. Place on top of ground beef and tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees. More shredded cheese may be added on top. Bacon bits on top also adds a little extra touch.
