BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. bag of frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can chicken - mushroom soup
6 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can Durkee french fried onions

Mix broccoli and cauliflower, chestnuts, and soup in bowl. Put in casserole dish and top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and top with Durkee onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
