PUMPKIN CAKE ROLL 
3 eggs
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt and cloves

Beat eggs until thick - gradually add the sugar, mixing well - stir in pumpkin - then sifted dry ingredients - spread into jelly roll pan that has been greased and lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-18 minutes. Remove from pan and roll in towel to cool.

FILLING:

1 c. cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pumpkin
1 tbsp. molasses
1/2 c. coconut

Make filling by whipping cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in remaining ingredients. Unroll pumpkin roll and spread with filling and reroll. Top with more whip cream and nuts.
