PUMPKIN CAKE ROLL 
3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar

FILLING:

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix filling together, sugar, cream, cheese, butter, vanilla and set aside.

Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients, flour, pumpkin, cinnamon, soda, sugar. Mix well. Spread on greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Loosen with a knife and turn over on linen towel coated with some powdered sugar. Roll up with towel, jelly roll style, let cool. Unwrap and spread with filling, reroll.
