STIR AND DROP SUGAR COOKIES 
2 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar. Add dry ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto pan. Grease the bottom of a glass, then dip into sugar then flatten the cookies. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
