FAVORITE CORN MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. wheat bran cereal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. butter, melted

In large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, bran, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. In medium bowl, beat sour cream, eggs, honey and butter until blended. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into generously buttered muffin cups. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
