CORN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. Mexican style cornbread mix
2 cans cream style corn
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 frozen pkg. Fiesta or Mexican style corn
1 c. or more grated cheddar (on top)

Spray pan with PAM. Mix all ingredients and pour into oblong pan. Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt on top.
