CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch & a pinch of salt
1 can cream corn
1 c. milk

Mix all together and put in casserole. Add a few slices of butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Place casserole dish in a pan of boiling water and put in hot oven, 350 degrees. Bake at least 1 hour until set.
