CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1-2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn 1 stick melted butter 2 eggs (slightly beaten), substitute may be used 1 c. dairy sour cream, substitute may be used 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix Mix all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
