GRANDMA'S CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream (can be light)
1 can corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 sm. box Jiffy cornbread mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped ham (optional)
Green pepper (optional)
Onion (optional)

Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine melted butter, sour cream, and beaten eggs until smooth. Mix in other ingredients in order listed above. You may add one or all of the optional ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until center is done.
