YELLOW CHICKEN PENNSYLVANIA
DUTCH STYLE
 
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
2-3 dashes Tabasco
1/3 c. chicken bouillon broth
4 chicken breasts & legs & thighs

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Melt together. Arrange chicken breasts and legs with thighs in baking dish. Baste sauce over chicken. Bake in preheated oven 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Baste occasionally. Increase temperature last 10 to 15 minutes to get crispy. Serve over rice.
