CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI MIX 
1/4 head cauliflower
1/2 bunch broccoli
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 c. low calorie Italian dressing
Onions and mushrooms, if desired

Place cauliflower, broccoli, pepper, onion into dish. Season and pour 1/2 cup low calorie Italian dressing over the vegetables.

MICROWAVE: Place in glass dish and cook on medium for 6 minutes. Stir and cook another 7 minutes until tender.

Makes 10 servings. 1 serving = 28 calories. 1 vegetable exchange.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
