ORANGE - CAULIFLOWER SALAD | |
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans unsweetened mandarin orange segments, drained 2 c. uncooked cauliflower flowerets 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 2 c. bite size pieces spinach 1/4 c. low calorie French dressing or Orange blossom dressing (recipe follows) Toss together. Six servings 50 calories. ORANGE BLOSSOM DRESSING: 14 oz. can evaporated milk 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed In covered jar, shake milk and orange juice until well mixed. 20 calories per tablespoon. |
