SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach 1 cup Parmesan cheese 6 oz. onion/garlic croutons 6 eggs 3/4 cup butter 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced Crush croutons. Cook spinach and drain thoroughly. Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Mix all ingredients. Chill. Shape into meatball size balls. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. |
