SPINACH BALLS 
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 c. herb bread stuffing mix
2 onions, chopped fine
6 beaten eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2/3 tsp. thyme
1/2 tbsp. black pepper

Cook and drain spinach. Mix in other ingredients. Make into marble sized balls (approximately 70).

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Can be frozen and thawed about 1 hour before serving.
