SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 med. onions, chopped
6 eggs
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. garlic salt or powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
Pepper to taste

Thaw spinach; place in colander and drain well, squeezing out as much liquid as possible. In large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and blend well. Form mixture into one inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Cover and chill for (or freeze until needed) at least one hour. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
