SPINACH BALLS 
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 c. stuffing mix
6 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme

Mix and form into 1 inch balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or freeze uncooked, let thaw partially and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
