CINNAMON APPLE OATBREAD 
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. Calumet baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg and 2 egg whites (slightly beaten)
2/3 c. skim milk
2/3 c. firm packed brown sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. Post oat flakes
1 c. finely chopped peeled apples
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Combine egg, egg whites, milk, sugar and oil. Add to flour mixture; stir until just moistened. Stir in cereal, apples and nuts. Pour into well greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
