EASY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 bags frozen combo of broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
Cracker crumbs

Parboil vegetables about 5 minutes. Drain well. Add and mix 1 can water chestnuts. Melt butter and pour over top and sprinkle with cubed cheese. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
