GRILLED HERB CHICKEN 
2 whole chickens, quartered OR
10 boneless breasts
Olive oil
White wine
Rosemary
Thyme
Basil
Sage
Oreg ano
Salt and pepper
Parsley

Steam quartered chicken and marinate or marinate raw chicken breast with oil, wine and herbs for at least 2 hours. Grill and serve.
