TOMATO JUICE COCKTAIL 
5 qts. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
2 tbsp. onion
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Add all but lemon juice, sugar and salt. Cook slowly until soft. Press through sifter. Add rest of ingredients. Reheat, boil and can.
