COCKTAIL TOMATO JUICE 
8 qts. fresh tomato juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. non-iodized salt
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. garlic salt

Mix all ingredients together. Heat to boiling point and can.
