TOMATO JUICE COCKTAIL 
10 lb. ripe tomatoes
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery or 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 bay leaves
2 big carrots

Grind these ingredients together. Boil 20 minutes. Run this through a strainer to remove seeds.

Add: 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Bring to boil, can and seal. Process 1 hour and 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
