NANCY'S TOMATO JUICE 
12 ripe tomatoes
1 onion
2 sprigs parsley
2 celery stalks (with leaves)
Bay leaf

Simmer 30 minutes. Don't boil. Strain. Reheat. Put into jars. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt per pint. Process 15 minutes.
