V-8 TOMATO JUICE 
1/2 peck tomatoes, cut up (8-10 lb.)
2 big onions
2 sweet peppers
2 lg. stalks celery

Boil until vegetables soften. Put through colander.

Add: 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Bring to a boil. Taste when hot for proper proportions.
