3 strips bacon
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. water

Cut up bacon and cook. Beat 1 egg with salt and pepper. Add sugar, flour, mustard, vinegar and water. Add bacon with drippings. Boil until thickened. Stir constantly. May be made in microwave. Stir every 2 minutes.
