HOT BACON DRESSING 
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. salad oil
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. pepper

Fry bacon until crisp and chop into small bits. Add vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper, salt and heat. Add onions and pour over spinach. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
