GRITS SOUFFLE 
1 c. grits
4 c. water
1 pkg. garlic cheese
1/2 pkg. cheddar cheese
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
Milk
Salt

Cook grits in water. Add butter, garlic cheese and salt. Stir until melted. Beat 2 eggs in cup and add enough milk to total 1 cup. Add to grits. Spray dish with Pam. Add grits. Grate cheddar cheese over top heavily. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Will reheat well. Do not freeze.
