GREEN CHILE 
Round steak
Jalapenos (chili)
Garlic
Salt
flour
Water
Who le tomatoes

Cut up round steak into little squares. Break off the stem of chili put it into the blender and add a can of whole tomatoes, add garlic powder to it and blend it for about 3 to 4 minutes. Cook the meat until brown on medium heat or for about half an hour, then add a little water to it and let it simmer. Add about 1/4 cup flour, let it brown, then add about 3/4 cups of chili into the meat. Add water and bring to a boil. Cook until done.
