APPLE CRISP CAKE 
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. pecan
1 c. raisins
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients mixing by hand.

Bake in square pan, muffin pans or loaves.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, depending on pan size. Let cool. Freezes real good.
