SNOW PUDDING 
1 pt. boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

Cook until clear, then add whites of 2 eggs beaten stiff.

SAUCE:

Yolks of 2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Cook until thick, then flavor with vanilla.
