CORN PUDDING 
1 doz. fresh ears of corn
2 c. scalded milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs

Take corn off cob. Melt butter in pan. Add flour and seasoning. Stir to blend. Add corn and scalded milk. Add well beaten eggs. Pour mixture into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. To test doneness: Put knife in center of pudding. If it comes out clean, it's done.
