ESCALLOPED CHICKEN 
Bread crumbs
Chicken
Butter

Cook chicken, remove skin and bones. Cut into small pieces, grease pan and line with bread crumbs mixed with melted butter. Line with chicken. Make thin gravy with broth. Pour over chicken and sprinkle top with more bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until well browned.
