ESCALLOPED CHICKEN 
4 c. cooked chicken
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. pimento
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped celery

Stir together and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
