ESCALLOPED CHICKEN AND OYSTERS 
2 c. cooked chicken, bite-size pieces
5-6 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely cut
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. half & half cream
2 c. coarse Ritz cracker crumbs
1 pt. drained oysters (8 oz. size)

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased casserole and bake 20 minutes at 400 to 425 degrees until lightly browned.
