SPINACH & LINGUINE | |
4 cloves garlic, sliced 1 sm. onion, sliced 2 tbsp. oil 1 defrosted 10 oz. block chopped spinach 2-3 tbsp. butter Salt & pepper Saute onions, garlic and oil. Add defrosted spinach, butter, salt and pepper. Simmer until spinach is cooked. Add oil or butter to desired amount of liquid. Serve over linguine. Pasta is juicier if it is "sparked" onto platter rather than drained. If you start water for pasta and then make above, it will be ready in about half an hour. Good for up to 1 1/2 pounds pasta. |
