HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. raw potatoes
2 c. diced celery
2 c. diced carrots
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion
2 tsp. salt

Brown meat and onion. Cook celery and carrots for 10 minutes. Use 1 1/4 cup liquid from cooking vegetables and add. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
