HOT LETTUCE IT'S RICH! 
Mixed salad greens
1/4 lb. bacon
1 egg
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. honey
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. milk

Fry bacon to crisp and crumble in drippings. Add eggs, vinegar, honey and salt and pepper. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Mix 1/4 cup flour with milk and add to pot. Bring to boil, stirring. Cool. Adjust to taste. Serve warm dressing over salad greens.
