PASTA & MEATBALLS SOUP 
1 large can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground meat
bread crumbs
Italian seasonings
Parmesan cheese
onion
garlic
frozen peas
pasta

Prepare meatballs using chop meat, bread crumbs, Italian seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Roll the meatballs small.

Roast in oven for faster cooking. Chop onion and garlic; sauté in a skillet on medium heat until clear.

Add tomato sauce and 2 cups water. Stir until hot. Add Italian seasonings and Parmesan cheese to taste. Add cooked meatballs.

Add frozen peas. Cook on low for 30 minutes. Add cooked pasta and serve with Italian bread which has been rubbed with a clove of garlic and drizzled lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
