REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut (well drained)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese (grated)
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
6 slices rye bread cut into cubes

Put corned beef, cut into small pieces, in 2 quart casserole. Place sauerkraut on top of corned beef. Next a layer of cheese. Then pour dressing over. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Melt butter and pour over bread. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, 35-40 minutes.
