RED VELVET CAKE ICING 
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Cook flour and milk until thick. Stir constantly. Cool milk and flour mixture. Beat sugar and butter mixture well with mixer. Cream together sugar, butter and vanilla. Add to flour and milk mixture. Beat until right consistency to spread. (Should be fluffy like whipped cream.)
