1 head cabbage 8 green onions 8 tbsp. sliced almonds 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, smashed 8 tbsp. sesame seeds Brown noodles, almonds and seeds in oil; set aside. Chop cabbage and onions as for slaw. Prepare dressing and pour over cabbage mix. Let stand at 24 hours or overnight. Add noodles, almonds and seeds just before serving to insure crunchy texture. DRESSING: 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. Accent 1 c. oil 6 tbsp. vinegar |
