SUMI SALAD 
8 green onions, sliced
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
2 1/2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (discard the packets)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Saute almonds in 2 tablespoons of the oil with seeds carefully (they burn easily). Mix all ingredients and let set overnight.
