SUMI SALAD 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
8 stalks green onions
1 med. cabbage, grated
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, uncooked (discard flavor packet)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt & pepper
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. rice vinegar

Crumble noodles into cabbage. Heat oil in skillet, toast almonds and sesame seeds until brown. Combine with the rest of the ingredients. Mix and add salad dressing. Let set overnight.
