PINA COLADA FRUIT DIP 
1 c. sour cream
2 packets vanilla Alba 77 milkshake mix
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1/4 tsp. rum extract
1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple (drained slightly)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve as a dip or topping for fresh fruit.
