NO PEEK CHICKEN 
2 c. long grain rice, no minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Chicken parts, legs, breasts, thighs, etc.

Put rice and chicken in a 9"x13" pan. Mix 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can celery soup and 1 can water. Pour over top of chicken and rice. Top with one package of onion soup mix. Cover real tight. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
