SPECIAL CHICKEN SALAD 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 stalk celery
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. nuts
1 apple
1 c. white grapes
1 c. raisins
3 tbsp. mayonnaise, more if needed

Chop celery into saucepan large enough to hold chicken; add chicken breast, salt and pepper; boil until tender. Remove from broth, skin, bone and let cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut grapes in half. Chop apple and nuts; add chicken along with mayonnaise and raisins. Toss gently and serve. Yields: 6 servings.
