STRAWBERRY - PRETZEL
SALAD/DESSERT
 
2 1/2 c. pretzels, crushed
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 sm. container whipped topping
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
2 c. water
3 c. fresh strawberries, sliced

Mix pretzels, brown sugar and butter. Press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool. Cream softened cream cheese and sugar. Fold into whipped topping, then spread on top of crust. Mix gelatin with boiling water. Let gelatin partially set up. Add strawberries and pour on top of whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into squares. Makes about 25 servings.
